Welcome to MeSite!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MeSite website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by MeSite Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
MeSite provides AI-assisted website creation services enhanced by professional human designers and developers. Our Service enables you to generate, customize, and launch websites faster and at lower cost than traditional agencies.

• Are at least 18 years old;
• Have the authority to enter into these Terms; and
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.
MeSite offers automated website generation using AI technology, followed by professional human refinement. The exact scope of your project (number of pages, turnaround time, revisions, etc.) will be defined in your chosen plan or written agreement.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information for the creation of your website.
• Ensure that any content you upload (text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe on third-party rights or violate laws.
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
• Refrain from using the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or unethical purposes.
You retain ownership of all content you provide. By submitting it, you grant MeSite a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify it solely for the purpose of creating and hosting your website.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required upfront for all website packages unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds may be offered at our discretion if:
• Work has not yet begun; or
• The project cannot be completed due to technical or operational reasons on our side.
Once a project has entered the human refinement phase, payments are non-refundable.
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
MeSite delivers websites on agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as late content delivery or unexpected technical issues). We will communicate promptly in such cases.
Final deliverables will be considered "accepted" once approved by you or if no feedback is received within seven (7) days of delivery.
Upon full payment, you own:
• The final design, content, and assets delivered for your website.
MeSite retains:
• Ownership of underlying AI models, design tools, and frameworks used to generate and refine your website.
• The right to display completed projects (anonymized if necessary) in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
We respect your confidentiality. Any non-public business or project information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering your website.
